hdmi ethernet
can i play a ps3 wireless on a dsl that is not wireless?
i want to get a ps3 but im not sure if i can play online. on the back of my dsl that is not wireless it says Ethernet port. do i need an Ethernet cable or can i play wireless. also i have a sdtv can i use an hdmi cable with that. please help
PS3 has 802.11g wifi, if that's what you want, but I have no idea what you mean by having an ethernet port on your "dsl". If you mean you have a modem, then you can connect the PS3 and the modem with an ethernet cable and have online. But you can't connect a modem and a ps3 wirelessly unless you need a router.
You can use an HDMI cable on an SDTV if you have an HDMI port on your TV. I doubt it will.
